Atty. Mae Kirsten R. Velasquez graduated from De La Salle University – Far Eastern University in 2010 where she obtained her Master of Business Administration - Juris Doctor degree under a joint MBA-JD dual degree program. She is also a holder of a BS in Psychology which she obtained from the University of Santo Tomas in 2005. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2011.
Atty. Velasquez’ practice is on varying fields of law – civil, criminal, immigration and intellectual property matters. She makes regular appearances in courts and government offices; handles cases in civil, administrative and criminal law; and prepares pleadings in connection thereto.
Prior to joining LAGMALAW, Atty. Velasquez worked as a paralegal officer in one of the universal banks in the Philippines where her practice focused on corporate law. Her tasks included advisory assistance to the different bank departments; responding to clients’ queries; as well as drafting and review of legal documents.

Atty. Gentugaya was admitted to the Bar on 30 April 2010. He obtained his law degree from the University of St. La Salle - Bacolod which, up until now, is the only La Salle University in the Philippines that offered a course in Law. He was a University Scholar for three straight years. During his student days, Atty. Gentugaya was very active in scholastic as well as extra-curricular activities. He was a news writer for the College of Law paper and was the Batch Representative for three consecutive years. He was an intern for the Justice Reform Initiative Support (JURIS) – a joint Canadian-Filipino Project on Alternative Dispute Resolutions. He graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Political Science from the University of St. La Salle and was a consistent Dean’s Lister throughout his undergraduate years. He is commissioned to act as a Notary Public by the Makati Regional Trial Court.

Rowena Lobaton-Ternal is an efficient and well-rounded Office Manager who has years of experience in the legal field. Mrs. Ternal finished a Computer Secretarial course at West Negros University in 2001. Immediately after graduating, Mrs. Ternal secured a secretarial position at the Golden Union Aquamarine Corporation in 2003 where she honed her skills in office organization, trouble-shooting, and management.
